We ship via Bulpost mail. It takes 5-10 working days for a package to be delivered within Europe after sending. For countries outside Europe the delivery time takes 10-12 working days. The cost of the shipping is based on the weight of the package and also on the delivery destination. All our shipments are registered and with tracking number. If, however, the shipment is not delivered on time, please contact us by our customer service. The free shipping discount applies for orders of items no longer than 1m and total weight under 2kg. It also only applies for countries WITHIN the EU.
